Dr. Mark Luo is a technology entrepreneur and control engineering expert with more than 35 years of combined academic and industry experience across robotics, quantum technologies, and advanced engineering systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Control Engineering from Osaka University, supported by a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, functional analysis, and quantum mechanics.
Dr. Luo spent a decade in academia at Osaka University and Nagaoka University of Technology, conducting research and teaching advanced control theory, robotics, and quantum systems. He has co-authored three books and numerous peer‑reviewed publications in control engineering and quantum technologies.
Transitioning to industry, Dr. Luo founded and led multiple technology ventures, including Dynaservo Inc. in robotics and DLC LumiSheet, an innovative LED lighting company. Under his leadership, DLC LumiSheet achieved 30–50% year‑over‑year growth for ten consecutive years, expanded internationally, and successfully exited.
With a proven track record in scaling deep‑tech businesses, driving sustained revenue growth, and executing strategic exits, Dr. Luo now focuses on technology investment, emerging sensing technologies, quantum innovation, and commercialization of advanced engineering solutions

Dr. Mousa Bahrami is a quantum technology executive specializing in quantum computing, advanced photonics, and secure communication systems. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the company’s technology vision and execution, driving the development of scalable quantum and hybrid quantum-classical platforms for real-world deployment.
